Wonder Looper Crewneck T-shirt - ELS Recycled Cotton Slub - White
Link
TL;DR
TL;DR Expensive ($114) and sells out fast, but fit and fabric are exceptional
Review
Me
5’10, 170lb
Usually wear Uniqlo t-shirts in size L, shorts in size M (32 inch waist)
Fabric & Quality
“Unique blend of three materials: light and airy recycled cotton from yarn spinning factories, recycled cotton from the offcuts of our Double Heavyweight T-shirt, and luxurious Extra Long Staple Organic cotton.”
280gsm (perfect weight in my opinion, light enough to wear in the summer, thick enough that no skin/nipple shows through the shirt)
Made in Japan
Fit & Cut
True to size
Length - shirt comes to my waist
Cut/style (regular/athletic fit)
Neck-line is perfect, not too loose where it droops to your chest, but not so high that it is stuffy in the summer, also collar is strong enough to support sun glasses without drooping/
Opacity
Opaque
Great for both layering and standalone
Maintenance & Care (Personal Preference)
Wash cold with like colours
Line dry
No noticeable shrinking after washing
Design & Details
Winderlooper logo is beautiful and doesn’t scratch
Thread and construction is fantastic
Value & Price
Definitely luxury/high-end shirt, so low value, but a worthy investment for those who are interested in well-made clothes
In my opinion, better fit and material than the Merz b. Schwanen shirts that I own (2s14, 2M15C, GHPLS01)
Quite similar to Lady White Co. OUR T-SHIRT, but this t-shirt feels thicker
Personal Notes & Overall Impression
My favourite t-shirt at the moment. I wear it almost every day - it’s extremely comfortable, fits perfectly, and can be styled up or down
